 Chantal
Lombardi - B.Sc.Pharm, RPh. Pharmacist
Chantal completed her undergraduate studies at the University
of Windsor and proceeded to obtain her Bachelor of
Pharmacy at Wayne State University in Michigan (2003). She
is licensed in both Ontario and Michigan. She
has previous management experience in both a community
and hospital setting. She also has extensive
clinical experience specializing in patient-care program
initiation and management along with physician education
programs. Special interests include paediatrics,
diabetes and personalized patient care. She is
also a Certified Smoking Cessation Counsellor. Chantal
was born and raised in Leamington and is excited to
be serving her community.
 Luigi
DiPierdomenico - B.Sc., Pharm.D, R.Ph.
Luigi graduated in 2006 from
the Doctor of Pharmacy program at Wayne State University. He
is a Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)
certified pharmacist and has completed a variety of
other Continuing Education courses including: Certified
Geriatric Pharmacist course, Diabetes Level 1 Certificate
program, Certified Smoking Cessation Counsellor, Asthma
and COPD Patient Care Course and the Certified Compounding
Pharmacist Course. He is also a certified preceptor
for Ontario. Luigi also
is owner of Emrose Medical Pharmacy in Amherstburg.
 Magan
Ma - PharmD, RPh. Pharmacist
Magan studied chemistry at the University
of Windsor during her undergraduate years and then went
on to obtain her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Wayne State
University in 2010. She has extensive experience in both
the retail and clinical hospital setting. Currently,
Magan practices at both Leamington Medical pharmacy and
Emrose Medical Pharmacy in Amherstburg. Her special interests
include hospital discharge management, medication reviews,
patient counselling and diabetes management.
 Dawnmarie
Pepper-Field, Certified Pharmacy Technician
Dawnmarie
is a certified pharmacy technician. She
graduated from St. Clair College, Pharmacy Technician
programme in 1994. She brings with her over
15 years of pharmacy experience in various settings. Her
expertise lies in third party insurance billing, Ontario
Drug Benefit billing, and speciality medication packaging. Dawn
was born and raised in Chatham, Ontario and loves working
with elderly patients.
 Lori Kelly, Pharmacy Technician
Lori is a pharmacy technician. Lori has over 28 years of pharmacy experience. Her
expertise lies in speciality medication packaging. Lori lives in Leamington
and is an active member of the community. She enjoys helping her local
community.
